TALKS WITH FEMALE PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS

Talks will be led by a coordinator for the respective district with the participation of a female professional expert, i.e. a woman who acquired technical education and is successful in her work. Such a successful female “professional expert” will serve for girls as an “example” and will help to overcome the stereotypical thinking about technical/ICT fields as the so-called “male-dominated fields”.
